Welcome to GoDialysis. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website (www.godialysis.org / www.adyalifecare.org) and the GoDialysis mobile applications (Patient, Technician, and Partner Portals), owned and operated by Sradya Lifecare Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Description of Services

GoDialysis is a "Dialysis-as-a-Service" (DAAS) aggregator platform. We provide:

  • Booking Services: Facilitating In-center Dialysis bookings at partner hospitals and clinics.
  • Home/Mobile Services: Coordinating Home Hemodialysis and Mobile Dialysis Van dispatch.
  • Teleconsultation: Connecting patients with Nephrologists and Dietitians.
  • Care Management: Providing digital health records, QR-based consumable tracking, and 24/7 support coordination.

2. No Medical Advice (Disclaimer)

  • Information Only: The content on the Platform (blogs, FAQs, triage bots) is for informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.
  • Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Sradya Lifecare Pvt Ltd. The relationship exists solely between the user and the registered Nephrologist or Healthcare Provider.
  • Emergency Situations: GoDialysis is not an emergency medical responder. In life-threatening situations, users must contact local emergency services (102/108) or visit the nearest ER immediately.

3. User Eligibility and Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age. Minors must be registered by a legal guardian.
  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate medical history and government ID details (Aadhaar, AB-PMJAY ID) as required for clinical safety and insurance empanelment.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP-based login credentials.

4. Booking and Financial Terms

  • Payments: Fees for dialysis sessions, subscriptions (Basic/Priority/Premium), or pharmacy orders must be paid via the integrated payment gateway (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, EMI).
  • Insurance & Government Schemes: For Ayushman Bharat (PMJAY) or CGHS/ECHS claims, users must provide valid documentation. GoDialysis facilitates processing but is not liable for claim rejections by government authorities or insurers.
  • Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations made within [Insert Hours, e.g., 4 hours] of a scheduled session may incur a convenience fee. Refunds for advance payments will be processed within [7-10] business days.

5. Home and Mobile Dialysis Protocols

  • Access & Safety: For home services, the user must provide a safe and hygienic environment for the Technician.
  • Hygiene Verification: Our Technicians follow a QR-code scanning protocol for single-use consumables. Any interference with this safety protocol by the user may lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.
  • Mobile Van: The Mobile Dialysis Van requires adequate parking space and permissions in the user's community/society.

6. Portals and User Roles

  • Patient Portal: For tracking vitals, treatment logs, and booking.
  • Technician/Nurse Portal: For logging clinical data and shift management.
  • Partner/Hospital Portal: For managing machine utilization and slot inventory. Users agree to use their respective portals only for their intended business or clinical purpose.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using GoDialysis, you consent to the collection of sensitive personal health data for the purpose of clinical continuity.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Platform: Sradya Lifecare Pvt Ltd acts as an aggregator. We are not liable for any clinical negligence, malpractice, or errors committed by independent partner hospitals, nephrologists, or third-party technicians.
  • Technical Issues: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and are not liable for losses resulting from server downtime or technical glitches.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software code related to GoDialysis and Adya Lifecare are the exclusive property of Sradya Lifecare Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Misconduct or verbal/physical abuse toward our Technicians or staff.
  • Provision of false medical or insurance information.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
