His passion for transforming healthcare delivery in India led him to found Adya Lifecare, a pioneering chain of dialysis centers. With a deep commitment to improving patient care, Rabi has worked extensively with hospitals, dialysis centers, medical equipment providers, healthcare distributors, and consumer health clients on various strategic initiatives, including business development, operational enhancement, portfolio optimization, and customer strategy refinement.

Before launching Adya Lifecare, Rabi served as a project consultant at Nortel Networks in Telesoft CA, USA, where he honed his skills in project management and strategic consulting. He also played a pivotal role in establishing and managing IT infrastructure and operations for BPO projects in India and the USA, working with notable organizations such as HeroITES, RSystems, and GTL.

Rabi’s diverse expertise in healthcare strategy, operational efficiency, and IT infrastructure uniquely positions him to lead GoDialysis in its mission to make dialysis care accessible, efficient, and patient-centered across India.

Dr. Upendra Singh is a highly respected Nephrologist, Renal Specialist, and General Physician with over 18 years of experience in renal medicine and patient care. He completed his MBBS from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University in 1999, pursued an MD in Medicine from Bundelkhand University in 2003, and achieved his DNB in Nephrology from Apollo Hospitals in 2008.

A member of the Delhi Medical Council, Dr. Singh is dedicated to advancing renal health and improving patient outcomes. His expertise spans comprehensive nephrology care, from diagnosis and management of kidney disorders to advanced dialysis and patient support. As a Co-Founder of GoDialysis, Dr. Singh’s clinical knowledge and commitment to compassionate care play a central role in shaping the high standards of service that GoDialysis provides to dialysis patients across India.

Shveta Batra brings 25 years of expertise in telecom and technology, with a strong track record in leadership, marketing, operations, and business development. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of GoDialysis, Shveta applies her extensive experience to drive operational excellence and strategic growth, ensuring that every aspect of the company runs efficiently and aligns with our mission to improve dialysis care.

Throughout her career, Shveta has led high-performing teams, streamlined operations, and executed effective go-to-market strategies, establishing herself as a dynamic leader in the industry. Suresh Yadav is a seasoned professional with 30 years of specialized experience in dialysis technology and equipment management. As the Head of Supply Chain and Infrastructure at GoDialysis, Suresh oversees the procurement, maintenance, and deployment of cutting-edge dialysis technology, ensuring that every center is equipped to deliver reliable and high-quality care.

Trained by global leaders in dialysis equipment, including Fresenius, Nipro, and B Braun, Suresh possesses a deep understanding of the technology and operational standards essential to effective dialysis treatment. His expertise enables GoDialysis to maintain a seamless supply chain, optimize equipment performance, and implement innovative solutions across all locations. Nikhil Mysore, a renowned technology evangelist and solution architect, serves as the Chief Technology Officer at GoDialysis. With a distinguished career that includes leadership roles at Microsoft and Yahoo India R&D, Nikhil brings unparalleled expertise in building scalable, innovative systems that address evolving business needs and enhance user experience.
